Fraternal Visit to Cochran Lodge

On March 13, 2025, we had seven brothers, WM Jeremy Utt, PM & SW James Ragsdale, PM David Bennett, Joshua Salazar, David Ferlemann, Jim Wilhour, and Alvan Toro from Spotsylvania Lodge 26 make a fraternal visit with our brothers of Cochran Lodge No. 271. This lodge is a beautiful Masonic Lodge with lots of history. I would encourage other Masonic Lodges to visit them. We would like to thank our brothers for their hospitality and friendship and would love to have them visit our lodge. A wonderful time with friends and brothers. We briefed their lodge on our upcoming presentation of our Community Builders Awards, and other awards which will be at Fredericksburg Lodge 4 that will commence at 5 pm on October 27th, 2025.

Spotsylvania Lodge No. 26, AF & AM

Spotsylvania Lodge No. 26 of Ancient Free & Accepted Masons was issued its dispensation by the Grand Lodge of Virginia on May 8, 2021.  It celebrated its first meeting on Monday, May 24, 2021.  And on Friday, November 5, 2021 the Grand Lodge of Virginia granted its charter.

Spotsylvania Lodge No. 26 of Ancient Free & Accepted Masons is the newest lodge of the 8th Masonic District of Virginia, and is a regular lodge working under Charter granted by the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Ancient Free & Accepted Masons of Virginia.

We meet on the 4th Monday of each month--except November and December. Those months, we meet on the 3rd Monday. Dinners preceed our stated meetings at 6:30PM and are open to non-masons who are interested in freemasonry. Lodge begins at 7:30PM and is for master masons only. Non-masons and non-member brothers are encouraged to RSVP beforehand so that we can welcome you in due form.

Spotsylvania Lodge No. 26 of Ancient Free & Accepted Masons is the newest lodge of the 8th Masonic District of Virginia, and it is a regular lodge working under the Charter granted by the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Ancient Free & Accepted Masons of Virginia.

Visit Us

We meet on the 4th Monday of each month–except the months of November and December.  Those months, we meet on the 3rd Monday.

Dinners precede our stated communication meetings at 6:30PM and are open to non-masons who are interested in masonic life and non-members who are interested in joining our lodge.  A donation of $10 is suggested for the meal, as these contributions support our charitable work and operating costs.  Lodge begins at 7:30PM and is for master masons only.
